Hello there, thanks for sharing your valuable feedback! The tournament score gets reset every Wednesday. I used to like this game a lot but now because of this freezing business you can’t hardly play it anymore. It’s is so annoying that I hardly play this game anymore. On the world tour, when I finish a round and then I get some ads, mostly an ad for a solitaire where you can earn money, then the entire game freezes for up to a day or two. I do have one very annoying complaint that drives me crazy. Or else that you can make the game on the iPhones and iPads to be the same as the game on the computer. I would like it if you would give a wand for a reward after winning 3games. I like the game and find it to be very addictive. The game does not share your personal information with other players or any 3rd party application.
